nantwich wedding photography
How can I not have a big old page dedicated to Nantwich weddings when its my lovely little hometown. As a wedding photographer I'm incredibly lucky that I live so close to so many beautiful wedding venues, it actually took us so long to decide on a venue when we were getting married because there's so much choice and we spent months viewing them all. Within about a 10 mile radius of Nantwich you can find grand house venues, glasshouses, orangeries, barns, marquees, and styles to suit every wedding, whether you're looking for luxury, modern, classic or relaxed.
I've put together a list of some fave local Nantwich venues below <3
Church Weddings in Nantwich
There are so many beautiful churches in the Crewe and Nantwich areas if you're planning a religious wedding ceremony. St Marys Church, right in the centre of Nantwich town is absolutely stunning - its a Grade 1 listed building and described as one of the great architectural treasures of Cheshire.
Also nearby are St Marys Acton, St Anne's Catholic Church Nantwich, St Oswalds, Worleston.
Nantwich Civil Ceremonies
If you're planning a civil ceremony at any of the below venues (or anywhere in Cheshire East!) You'll need to contact Your Ceremony to arrange their registrar services.
I'll always have a soft spot for Wrenbury Hall as it's where Matty and I chose to hold our own wedding- we've such lovely memories and its so special to be able to go back and work there too! Wrenbury Hall is an idyllic 16th century residence in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. With capacity to seat 250 guests in the Orangerie - which is beautifully filled with natural light, Wrenbury hall also features tastefully updated lounges, overnight guest accommodation and exclusive use for your wedding day.
Set just outside of Nantwich, Combermere Abbey sits within acres of rolling parkland, bluebell woods and walled gardens, providing a unique and special place for you to celebrate your wedding. Exchange your vows in the stunning Glasshouse. Flooded with natural light and surrounded by a charming fruit tree maze, it’s a breathtaking place to say ‘I do’.
As the sun goes down, dance the night away under the starry ceiling and chandeliers in the Pavilion while fairy lights in the trees beyond set the scene for your evening party.
Truly a photographers paradise, its one of my favourite venues to work at!
