I'd been so gutted to miss out on tickets for the Hangout workshop on its release - too much procrastination and they were sold out by the time I went back to book :'( so when another photographer got in touch to say a space had become available I jumped at the chance to join!
The workshop was hosted by the fantastic Crawleys and Lawsons, both husband and wife photography teams each with their own amazing styles and photography awards aplenty! These guys wanted to bring a group of photographers together to share their (seemingly endless) knowledge and experience and give us a forum to ask, learn and be inspired.
We met at Trof in Manchester's Northern Quarter for a day of talking wedding business, with a couple of shoots thrown in too. Living in Nantwich most of my photography is set against leafy green countryside, so the chance to wander out into the city was a little different, but great fun! who knew there was such thing as a Cat Cafe?!
I had a wonderful day meeting some fab people, learning, and eating too much amazing food! Here's a few snaps! xx
