Combermere Abbey Wedding Photography
Fabulous times at Combermere Abbey, Cheshire coming up! I met Chyaz & Tiz back in 2017 to discuss their big day plans and their wedding photography, and had been beside myself with excitement since we met.. even more so since we headed out into the Manchester Christmas Markets for the pre-wedding session! I've been following Chyaz on her Instagram and youtube feeds in the run up and loved hearing little bits about the wedding planning!
I've been to Combermere Abbey on a number of occasions before - their spring bluebell walk is amazing! But this was the first time I've photographed a wedding there! The ceremony took place in the gorgeous light glasshouse; sitting at the apex of the stunning walled garden, it provides a stunning unique setting in which to get married, with views out onto the fruit tree maze. Chyaz and Tiz had the sweetest ceremony in the sunshine, surrounded by their nearest and dearest.
Guests headed out for a drinks reception in the maze while the sun shone and we headed over to the garden for groups shots, before being chauffeur driven down to the North Wing for portraits in front of the lake. The gorgeous white building of the north wing makes a lovely setting for images, and the rain held off just long enough for us to make it back to the Pavilion. The Pavilion at Combermere was designed with weddings in mind and was decorated beautifully by Red Floral Architecture for the day, with blossom trees and candles where guests enjoyed dinner and speeches. The weather stayed pretty wet through the evening, but we kept an eye on it and when it slowed off a little we headed outside with some big umbrellas for a couple of extra shots!
The loveliest, most relaxed wedding was rounded off with a fab evening of great music, dancing and a personalised cocktail menu!
